Learn a few corky facts and taste thoughtfully curated wines from the region expertly paired

with cuisine by Chef Neil Annis and his culinary team

These Seven course dinners begin at  6PM with a Cocktail / Champagne Reception & Hors d`oeuvres 

Followed by five courses paired with five regional wines

Ending with something sweet inspired by the region & coffee or hot tea service
